Ingredients

  • 1 Stalk leek (approx. 200 g)
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 200 g Cabanossi
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 stem(s) Sage
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 30 g Butter or margarine
  • 30 g Flour
  • 1/2 l Chicken broth
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 50 g black olives
  • 3 TABLESPOONS grated parmesan cheese

Directions

    Clean and wash the leek and tomatoes. Cut leek into rings, tomatoes into small pieces and cabanossi into slices. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Wash and chop sage. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes.

    Steam leek in hot fat for about 8 minutes. Add tomatoes, sausage, garlic and sage and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove everything. Sweat the flour in the frying fat. Add stock and cream while stirring constantly, bring to the boil. Fold in pre-cooked ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain spaghetti and let it drain. Arrange on a plate. Pour sauce over it.
