Colorful herb noodle salad

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 350 g Noodles (e.g. trulli)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 200 g frozen peas
  • 4 Eggs
  • 50 g dried tomatoes in oil
  • 300 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 150 g Salad Mayonnaise
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 package (25 g) deep-frozen 8 herb mixture
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Add peas 4 minutes before the end of cooking time, drain. Boil eggs in boiling water for about 10 minutes until hard. Cut tomatoes into strips. Mix yoghurt and mayonnaise. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.

    Stir in herb mixture. Drain eggs, quench, peel and cut into eighths. Mix noodles, peas, tomatoes and sauce. Flavour again. Carefully fold in the eggs. Arrange salad in a bowl, garnish with parsley
