Melt butter in a pot. Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and sugar. Add egg, 150 ml milk and butter and mix to a smooth dough. Chop the chocolate. Heat 150 ml milk in a saucepan.
Remove the pot from the stove and melt the chocolate in it while stirring.
Heat oil in portions in a large coated pan. Bake the dough in it in portions for about 3 minutes on each side to make about 8 blinis. Place approx. 2 blinis on top of each other on plates, arrange with ice cream and chocolate sauce.
Decorate with smooth-stirred crème fraîche and sugar pearls. If necessary, cut a vanilla pod lengthwise, cut in half and decorate the dessert with it.
