Wash the raisins and drain well. Mix flour, baking powder, 100 g sugar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, vanillin sugar and 1 pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Add 100 ml milk, oil and quark. Knead everything with the dough hooks of the mixer to a smooth dough.
Halve the dough and knead it under one half of the raisins. Divide each half of the dough into about 9 pieces and form into round rolls. Place on two baking trays lined with baking paper.
Whisk the egg and spread it on the rolls. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 pinch of cinnamon. Sprinkle on the rolls. Bake one after the other in a preheated oven (electric: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: see manufacturer) for 25-30 minutes.
Let it cool down on a cake rack. Mix icing sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk. Sprinkle the rolls without raisins. Let the icing dry. Serve with the baked apple jam.
