Ingredients

  • 250 gr flour
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 1/2 pck Baking Powder
  • 1 pr. salt
  • 2 Drops of butter almond flavor
  • 2 drops of lemon oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Rum
  • 1 mesp. cardamom
  • 1 Mesp Nutmeg
  • 1 Egg
  • 70 gr butter
  • 25 gr lard
  • 125 gr curd cheese
  • 125 gr raisins
  • 70 gr candied lemon peel very finely chopped (as desired)
  • 75 gr chopped almonds
  • 50 coarse liquid butter
  • 50 gr powdered sugar

    Knead all ingredients very well with each other. Divide the dough into balls of about 50 grams, form them into small stollen and place them on a tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 - 30 minutes.

    Spread the stollen confectionery while still warm with the liquid butter and sprinkle with icing sugar. The Stollen confectionery tastes delicious even without candied lemon peel or raisins.
