Knead all ingredients very well with each other. Divide the dough into balls of about 50 grams, form them into small stollen and place them on a tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 - 30 minutes.
Spread the stollen confectionery while still warm with the liquid butter and sprinkle with icing sugar. The Stollen confectionery tastes delicious even without candied lemon peel or raisins.
