Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 2 kg Cherries
  • 1 kg Sugar
  • 1 Bag of gingerbread spice
  • 2 Bag Gelfix (gelling agent)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Donne environ 3 - 4 litres !

Directions

    Boil the cherries and sugar in a large pot until soft and then puree.

    Then season to taste with the gingerbread spice and bring to the boil again.

    Finally, stir in the Gelfix and after about another minute of cooking time, fill into glasses and close them immediately.
