Ingredients

  • 4 fresh corn cobs (approx. 250 g each); alternatively 1 tin (1062 ml)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 4 Pork chops (approx. 175 g each)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 30 g Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves

Directions

  1. 1

Clean and wash fresh corn on the cobs. Cook in boiling water with some sugar (without salt!) for about 20 minutes

Drain the corn cobs and cut into thick slices. Arrange chops and corn and pour parsley butter over them. Garnish with the remaining parsley and salad leaves. Delicious with fresh white bread

  5. 5

    Drink: cold beer
