Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly and quarter them lengthwise. Put potatoes, 1 teaspoon salt, cayenne pepper and 2 tablespoons of oil in a bowl and mix well with your hands. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see
manufacturer) bake for about 40 minutes. After about half of the baking time, turn the slices over.
Meanwhile peel the onion and dice very finely. Peel garlic and chop very finely. Clean, wash and finely dice the bell peppers. Pour corn into a sieve and drain well. Put minced meat, onion, about half of the garlic, tomato paste, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, egg and quark in a bowl and knead well.
Knead in the paprika and corn. Form 8 oval minced steaks from the mixture.

Halve the avocado. Peel the skin, remove the core and dice the flesh. Mash the flesh finely with a fork, letting lime juice run in. Add the rest of the garlic, chilli pepper and parsley, except 1 teaspoon for garnishing.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Take the potatoes out of the oven. Arrange 2 steaks, some potato wedges and a blob of guacamole on plates, sprinkle with parsley. Garnish with lime slices and chillies if desired.
Add the remaining potato wedges. Sprinkle the slices with cayenne pepper if desired.
