Cream fat, sugar, vanillin sugar and salt. Stir in the eggs one after the other. Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder, alternately stir into the dough with 100 g cream and milk. Fold in chocolate flakes.
Preheat and grease the waffle iron. Bake about 10 waffles one after the other. Beat 250 g cream until stiff, stir in 4 tablespoons of liqueur. Dust the waffles with icing sugar. Serve with cream. Drizzle 2-3 tablespoons of liqueur on top.
Decorate with mint.
