Ingredients

  • 150 g Dark chocolate
  • 125 g Butter
  • 160 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 220 g Flour
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 100 g unsalted peanut kernels
  • 7-10 Tbsp Glitter writing
  • baking paper

Directions

    Chop the chocolate finely and melt it over a warm water bath. Cream butter, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until the sugar is dissolved. Stir in egg and chocolate. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in or knead. Knead in the peanuts.

    Using a tablespoon, place 10 piles of dough on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Bake the trays one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the baking tray, place on a grid and allow to cool. Decorate some cookies with glitter writing and let them dry for about 20 minutes
