Chocolate layer dish with cherries

Ingredients

  • 1 package Pudding powder "chocolate flavour" (for 1/2 l milk; for cooking)
  • 40 g + 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS + 440 ml milk
  • 1 glass (720 ml) Sour cherries
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cornstarch
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package (150 g) K
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

    Mix pudding powder and 40 g sugar. Add 6 tablespoons of milk and stir until smooth. Boil 440 ml milk. Stir in the pudding powder and simmer for about 1 minute. Fill into a bowl, cover with foil and put in a cool place.

    Drain the cherries, collecting the juice. Mix 3 tablespoons of juice and starch. Bring the remaining juice and 2 tablespoons of sugar to the boil, remove from the heat and stir in the mixed starch. Let it boil for about 1 minute while stirring. Fold in the cherries and put in a cool place. Whip the cream until semi-stiff, while pouring in 1 tablespoon of sugar. Put 2 tablespoons of cream aside for decoration. Crumble the biscuits, except one, into large pieces. Layer pudding, cookie crumbs, cream and stewed cherries in glasses.

    Fold in the cherries and put in a cool place. Whip the cream until semi-stiff, while pouring in 1 tablespoon of sugar. Put 2 tablespoons of cream aside for decoration. Crumble the biscuits, except one, into large pieces. Layer pudding, cookie crumbs, cream and stewed cherries in glasses. Decorate with cream and a biscuit corner
