Line a baking tray with baking paper. Bring 100 ml water, sugar, salt and fat to the boil. Add flour at once. Stir until the dough comes off the bottom of the pan as a lump and a white film forms there. Remove from the heat. Stir in 1 egg and let it cool down a bit. Stir in 3 eggs individually
Pour into a piping bag with a medium-sized star-shaped spout. Spray approx. 8 triangles (approx. 3 x 4 cm) onto the baking tray with sufficient distance. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C / convection oven: 200 °C / gas: level 4) for 25-30 minutes. Immediately cut in half horizontally with scissors and let cool off
Break chocolate into pieces. Melt in a hot bain-marie with plate-grease. Briefly dip the tips of the lids and allow to dry
Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Whip the cream until stiff, while pouring in cream firming agent and vanillin sugar. Fill the lower halves of the triangles with cream and place the strawberries on top. Place the lid on top and dust with icing sugar
