Chocolate coin with orange glaze

Ingredients

  • 200 g Flour handy
  • 50 g Maize starch
  • 40 g Cocoa
  • 1 Egg
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 100 g Butter
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Rum
  • 7-10 Tbsp Orange juice and peel of an unsprayed orange

Directions

    Mix and knead everything together, form dough, then let it rest (covered in the fridge for 30-45 minutes).

    Shape the sausage, cut out thalers, place on a baking tray with baking paper, bake at 175 degrees for 10-15 minutes, allow to cool.

    Glaze: Mix 150 grams of icing sugar with 3 tablespoons of orange juice until a viscous mixture is formed, brush the biscuits with glaze.
