1 Break the chocolate into pieces and melt them in a saucepan with the butter and coconut milk. Leave to cool and then add the eggs, one by one, stirring in the butter and coconut milk.
2 In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and brown sugar. Pour in the chocolate mixture while mixing, until obtaining a smooth dough.
3 Preheat the oven to 180 °C (th 6). Butter then cover a square (or rectangular) mold with baking paper and butter it. Pour in the chocolate mixture and Bake for about 45 minutes. Serve the cake cold, cut into squares.
