Chilli slicing beans with chicken filet

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 small red chili pepper
  • 400 g Cutting beans
  • 2 TEASPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 2 (approx. 350 g) Chicken filets
  • 2-3 stem(s) Thyme
  • 100 g Ciabatta

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Clean the chilli, cut lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and cut into very fine rings. Wash and clean the beans and cut them diagonally into small pieces.

    Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a saucepan. Sauté onion, garlic and chilli. Beans and good.

    Add 1/8 l water. Salt lightly, bring to the boil, cover and cook for 6-8 minutes.

    Meanwhile wash the meat and pat dry. Heat 1 tsp. oil in a coated pan. Fry the meat for 5-6 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper.

    Wash the thyme, shake dry and pluck the leaves. Drain the beans. Fold in thyme. Cut the fillets thinly and arrange with the beans. Cut the ciabatta into slices and add them.
