Ingredients

Servings: 16
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 small onion
  • 30 g Peanut kernels
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Peanut oil
  • 1/2 Pot of coriander
  • 600 g Chicken filet
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 16 wooden skewers

Directions

  1. 1

Peel and chop the garlic and onion. Roast peanuts in a pan without fat until light brown. Take them out and let them cool down. Puree the peanuts, soy sauce, honey and peanut oil. Wash the coriander, shake dry and chop the upper half of the stems coarsely

  2. 2

Cut the chicken filet into cubes and put it in a deep plate with the saté sauce. Turn in the sauce, cover and let marinate in the fridge for about 1 hour. Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes to prevent them from burning

  3. 3

Remove the meat pieces from the marinade and put them on skewers. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the chicken skewers in it in portions over a low to medium heat while turning for approx. 5 minutes. Spread the rest of the marinade on the chicken skewers after half the cooking time. Remove, arrange and sprinkle with coriander. Broccoli tastes good with it
