For the dip, peel and crush the garlic. Mix with mayonnaise, yoghurt and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper
Wash the fillets, dab dry and cut into larger pieces (nuggets). Whisk egg and milk. If necessary, remove the crust from bread and crumble finely. Grate Parmesan finely. Mix bread and Parmesan cheese, season with salt, pepper and paprika. Turn the nuggets first in the egg, then in the cheese mixture
Heat the oil. Fry the nuggets for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Serve with the garlic dip. Serve with tomato salad, green olives and bread
