  • 2 Branches of rosemary
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 200 ml Red wine (e.g. Chianti)
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1 lemon, sugar

Directions

Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Brown the meat in it in portions all around. Fry onions and garlic briefly. Season with salt and pepper

  4. 4

Add tomatoes, pepperoni and rosemary. Deglaze with wine, about 100 ml water and lemon juice. Season with approx. 1 teaspoon sugar. Cover and braise in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for about 50 minutes. Season the braising stock with salt and pepper. Arrange everything.
