Grease 6 ovenproof dishes (?? ml content) well and sprinkle with sugar. Wash the cherries, drain and remove the stalks (do not stone). Place the cherries in the moulds and sprinkle with 1 tbsp. sugar.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and 60 g sugar until creamy. Add flour first, then milk while stirring. Spread the mixture over the cherries and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: see
manufacturer) bake for 25-35 minutes. Serve hot or cold and dust with some icing sugar.
