Cheesecake without bottom à la Maman

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 4 Eggs
  • 125 g Butter
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of one lemon
  • 1 pck. Vanillin sugar
  • Two pck. Vanilla custard powder
  • 1 kg Low-fat curd
  • 1 pck. Baking Powder
  • 100 g Raisins

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well together.

    Pour into a greased, crumbled 26 cm springform pan.

    Bake at 175°C (fan-assisted) in a preheated oven for 50-70 minutes. If the cake gets too dark, cover with aluminium foil.

    After baking, leave to stand in the mould for 15 minutes, then remove from the mould and allow to cool.
