Wash the herbs, dab dry and chop finely. Coarsely chop the olives. Mix cream cheese with herbs and olives. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place one slice of butter cheese on each piece of cling film.
Garnish with the cream cheese. Roll up with the help of the foil. Remove foil, cut the cheese roll into slices. Place one slice of cheese on each slice of pumpernickel and serve with some salad. Garnish with slices of olives and chive rolls as desired.
