Ingredients

  • 100 ml Soy sauce
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Honey
  • 75–100 g Mung bean sprouts
  • 7 Stem(s) Coriander
  • 7 Stem(s) Mint
  • 7 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 0?$? Spring onions
  • 24 thin slices of Morbier cheese (approx. 10 g each; approx. 10 cm long)

Directions

    Bring soy sauce, lime juice, paprika, oil and honey to the boil in a small pot. Remove sauce from the heat and let it cool down in a bowl

    Wash sprouts and herbs and shake dry. Pluck the leaves from the herbs. Wash and clean spring onions and cut them very diagonally into thin rings

    Place 2 cheese slices with the short side slightly overlapping next to each other. Place sprouts, herbs and spring onions on 1 short end of each cheese slice and roll up. Serve the rolls with the sauce
