Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (400 g) Frozen Schlemmer filet
  • 7-10 Tbsp "Three cheeses"
  • 200 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 125 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS black olives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Remove the foil and place the Schlemmer filet in the aluminium tray on the baking tray in the middle shelf of the preheated oven (electric oven: 225 °C / convection oven: 200 °C / gas: level 4) and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown

    Clean, wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel garlic and chop finely

    Heat the oil. Sauté garlic in it. Toss tomatoes and olives in it, season. Drain the pasta, add and toss. Arrange with the gourmet filet and garnish with basil
