Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 125 g Flour
  • 75 g + 125 g sugar
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 100 g soft butter
  • 500 g Edible quark (20 % fat)
  • 3 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla"
  • 125 g Icing sugar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 24 (5 cm Ø) Paper baking cups

Directions

    Place 2 paper cups inside each other and place them in the recesses of a muffin tray (for 12 pieces). Mix the flour, 75 g sugar, 1 vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of salt and butter in pieces, first with the dough hooks of the hand mixer and then briefly with your hands to form crumbles. Chill for about 30 minutes.

    Mix curd, eggs, 125 g sugar, 1 vanillin sugar, 1 pinch of salt and pudding powder briefly. Pour into the moulds. Spread crumbles on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for about 30 minutes. Cool down in the mould

    Mix icing sugar and lemon juice. Pull into strips over the muffins. Leave to dry
