  • 200 g Chanterelles
  • 6 discs Bacon
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 package (460 g; 2 bags) Baking mix for pizza dough
  • 60 g Gruyère cheese
  • 200 g Schmand
  • 1/2 bunch Rocket
  • baking paper

Directions

    Wash and clean the chanterelles. Place the slices of bacon on top of each other and cut into cubes. Peel and slice the onion. Knead baking mix and 250 ml water to a smooth dough.

    Halve the dough and roll out 2 ovals (approx. 20 x 35 cm) on a floured work surface. Place on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Grate cheese on a grater. Spread the pizza dough with sour cream and cover with the prepared ingredients.

    Bake the pizzas one after the other in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-30 minutes. In the meantime, wash, clean and pat dry the rocket. Cover the finished pizzas with the rocket and serve immediately.
