Have peas thawed in a bowl. Clean and wash the peppers and cut them into small cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Sauté the peppers in it. Add rice. Deglaze with 400 ml water and season with salt.
Add Aiwar and stir in. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Add the peas 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. For the cevapcici peel garlic and chop finely. Knead minced meat, egg and garlic, season with salt and pepper.
