Dab pork chops dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan. Fry the chops for about 3 minutes, turning them over. Spread the meat with honey and let it caramelize slightly. Add vinegar and soy sauce, cover and simmer for 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat. Wash the thyme, shake dry and chop the leaves coarsely. Sprinkle thyme over the meat
Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat 10 g butter in a pan. Sauté the onion for about 2 minutes. Add peas and pour in enough water to cover the bottom. Season with salt and pepper, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes
Drain the peas. Heat 1 tsp. oil in a frying pan. Brown the ham cubes in it. Add peas and 10 g butter and bring to the boil. Season peas with salt, pepper and a little nutmeg and serve with the chops
