Wash chicken drumsticks and pat dry. Rub with salt and pepper and fry in hot oil while turning for about 15 minutes. Peel and possibly halve the shallots. Clean and wash the zucchinis and cut them into large pieces. Peel and thinly slice the lemon.
Sprinkle the lower legs with sugar and let them caramelize. Add shallots, fry briefly and pour on lemon juice. Add zucchini and lemon slices and cook for about 8 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and thyme
