Ingredients

  • 400 g Whipped cream
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cream

Directions

    Heat 400 g whipped cream. Caramelise 300 g sugar in a wide pot until golden brown. Deglaze with cream. Simmer at medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring more often until the caramel is dissolved.

    Pour into hot rinsed bottles, close them and let them cool down. Shake before use.
