Buttermilk waffles with strawberries

Ingredients

  • 1 TABLESPOON (10 g) Butter/margarine
  • 150 g Flour
  • 1 knife tip Baking Powder
  • 1/4 l Buttermilk, 2 eggs (Gr. M)
  • 18 g + 12 g + 6 g
  • 7-10 Tbsp Diabetic sweetness
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons (25 g) Strawberry Jam
  • 500 g washed,
  • 7-10 Tbsp cleaned strawberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Melt the fat and let it cool down a little. Mix flour and baking powder. Mix with buttermilk and eggs to a smooth dough. Stir in fat and 18 g diabetic sweetener. Let dough swell for about 15 minutes

    Mix the quark and lemon juice. Season to taste with 12 g diabetic sweetness. Fold in jam in "streaks". Cut strawberries into small pieces

    Coat the waffle iron with a little oil and preheat it. Put about 2 tbsp. of dough in the middle of each waffle iron and bake until golden brown. Bake a total of 8 waffles. Arrange the waffles with some curd cheese and strawberries. Sprinkle with 6 g diabetic sweetness
