Burger with smoked tofu and tomatoes

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 50 g Mini Roman salad
  • 200 g Tomatoes
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 300 g Smoked Tofu
  • 30 g Almond kernels without skin for garnishing

Directions

    Cut the buns in half horizontally. Roast on the cut surfaces in portions in a pan without fat for approx. 1 minute, let cool off. Wash the salad and dab dry. Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices.

    Clean, clean and slice the mushrooms. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms for about 1 minute. Add cream and bring to the boil briefly. Season with salt and pepper

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in another pan. Cut the tofu into 1 cm wide slices and fry them for about 1 minute. Place the mushrooms, tomatoes, tofu and lettuce on the lower halves of the rolls. Finish with upper halves. Chop the almonds and sprinkle over the burgers
