Brussels sprouts with lamb

Ingredients

  • 2 packs (à 300g) frozen Brussels sprouts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 chunky vegetable onion
  • 7-10 Tbsp (about 300 g)
  • 2 Apples
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 600 g Lamb (from the
  • 7-10 Tbsp mace )
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cranberries (from the glass)
  • 1 (150g) Becher Crème fraîche

Directions

    Cook the Brussels sprouts in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes and drain. Peel and slice the onion. Wash and quarter apples and remove the core. Cut the apples also into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Heat oil in a pan. Brown the meat well in it. Add the onions and apples and fry. Add Brussels sprouts. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Pass the cranberries over it. Serve the Brussels sprouts with crème fraîche.
