Bring 3-4 l salted water (1 teaspoon salt per litre) to the boil. Clean and wash the broccoli and divide into florets. Peel and finely chop the onion. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Add broccoli for the last 3 minutes.
Roast the almonds in a pan without fat and take them out. Heat the oil in the pan. Sauté onion in it until transparent. Deglaze with 200 ml water and cream and bring to the boil. Stir in broth and boil down for about 8 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, lemon peel and juice.
Drain the pasta and broccoli and mix with the sauce. Serve and sprinkle with almonds. Serve with parmesan.
