Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Pour 4 pers
  • 6 feuilles de brik
  • 4 tranches de jambon de pays
  • 100 g de roquefort
  • 10 cl of fresh cream
  • 50 g d
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 6 brins de persil plat
  • 7-10 Tbsp sunflower (or peanut) oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp poivre

Directions

    1 Crush the Roquefort cheese with a fork and mix it with the cream. Crush the nuts. Thinly slice and chop the parsley. Coarsely chop the ham with a knife. Mix all these ingredients together, add pepper to taste.

    2 Preheat the oven to 210 °C (th 7). Brush oil on the brik leaves, cut them in half. Then fold them in half to obtain a rectangle. Place a little stuffing on one end and fold into a triangle. Repeat for all the bricks

    3 Beat the egg with a little water and brush the briks with it. Place them on the oiled baking sheet and Bake 5 / 7 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking. Serve immediately, with a green salad for example.
