Berries-Buttermilk- Cold peel

Ingredients

  • 1 l well cooled buttermilk
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 2 lemons
  • 3-4 Tbsp + 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 500-600 g mixed berries
  • 7-10 Tbsp (e.g. raspberries, blackberries, currants
  • 7-10 Tbsp and strawberries)
  • 2 (50 g each) Discs
  • 7-10 Tbsp brown bread
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm
  • 7-10 Tbsp for ornament

Directions

    Mix buttermilk, vanillin sugar, lemon juice and 4-5 tablespoons sugar until the sugar is dissolved

    Select and wash the raspberries and blackberries. Wash the currants and remove from the panicles. Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Crumble the brown bread and mix with 1 tablespoon of sugar

    Pour buttermilk into four deep plates. Add the berries and finally sprinkle with breadcrumbs. If necessary, decorate with lemon balm and serve immediately
