Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes. Then drain. Cook the Brussels sprouts in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain the water as well and spice the sprouts with some grated nutmeg. Wash the beef steak and dab dry if necessary. Wrap bacon around the edge and tie up if necessary.
