Beef steak with apple and onion sauce (diabetics)

Ingredients

  • 160 g peeled potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 150 g cleaned Brussels sprouts
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 1 (approx. 125 g) Beef fillet steak
  • 1 washer Bacon
  • 1 small peeled onion
  • 100 g peeled, seeded sour apple
  • 2 TEASPOONS Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp some fresh or dried rosemary needles
  • 7-10 Tbsp vegetable binder
  • 7-10 Tbsp crushed pink berries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Herbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Kitchen yarn

Directions

    Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes. Then drain. Cook the Brussels sprouts in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain the water as well and spice the sprouts with some grated nutmeg. Wash the beef steak and dab dry if necessary. Wrap bacon around the edge and tie up if necessary.

    Cut onion into thin slices. Cut apple into fine slices. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil. Brown the onion in it. Fry the apple briefly. Deglaze with approx. 100 ml water and vinegar. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary. Simmer open for about 3 minutes. Bind with binding agent. Heat the potatoes in a coated pan with a little oil and fry them until golden brown all around. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a small frying pan.
