Clean, wash and cut the beans into pieces. Cook in boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes. Peel shallots and cut into slices. Clean, wash and chop the tomatoes. Wash and chop thyme.
Dice the bacon. Soak rolls in cold water. Peel and chop onion. Knead minced onion, pressed bread roll, egg and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Form 8 meatballs from it.
Heat the oil. Fry the meatballs in it from both sides for about 10 minutes. Remove and keep warm. Drain the beans. Leave the bacon in the frying fat until crispy. Brown the shallots in it. Add beans, tomatoes and thyme and fry briefly.
Stir in crème fraiche and bring to the boil. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange beans and meatballs. Parsley potatoes taste good with it.
