Ingredients

  • 400-500 g tripped chop of Kasseler
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 450 g frozen green beans
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) white
  • 7-10 Tbsp Beans with soup vegetables
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley

Directions

    Rinse the cured pork loin and pat dry. First cut into thick slices, then into cubes. Peel and chop the onions. Heat oil in a pot. Brown the sausage in it. Fry the onions

    Pour on 1 l water, stir in broth and bring everything to the boil. Put the green beans into the pot without defrosting and let everything simmer covered for about 15 minutes

    Rinse the white beans in a sieve and let them drain. Add to the soup about 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time and cook along with the beans. Season to taste with salt and pepper
