Ingredients

  • 800 g French beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g Tomatoes
  • 1 Vegetable Onion
  • 75 g Bacon
  • 4 Pork steaks (approx. 70 g each)
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Lard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 6 TABLESPOONS white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS grainy mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Clean and wash the beans, cut them into bite-sized pieces. Cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes, then drain. In the meantime, clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Peel and chop the onion. Cut bacon into pieces.

    Leave it crispy in a pan. Wash the meat and pat dry. Heat lard in bacon fat. Fry the steaks for about 2 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Mix vinegar and mustard for the sauce. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Whip the oil into it. Line a plate with tomato slices. Mix beans, bacon and onion and spread on the tomatoes.
