Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 chunky vegetable onion
  • 3 can(s) (425 ml each) Kidney Beans
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Corn grains
  • 10 Shit. Bacon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-8 TABLESPOONS Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 TABLESPOON sugar (e.g. browner)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt, Tabasco

Directions

    Peel and chop the onion. Rinse and drain the beans and corn. Drain and remove bacon crisply

    Heat the oil in the bacon fat. Sauté the onion in it. Heat beans and corn in it while stirring for 2-3 minutes

  3. 3

    Stir in ketchup and sugar. Season to taste with salt and Tabasco. Crumble the bacon, sprinkle over it
