Whip the cream until stiff and fill into a piping bag with star-shaped spout. Cut bananas in half lengthwise and put them into pre-cooled ice cream bowls. Add 1 scoop each of vanilla, strawberry and chocolate ice cream. Sprinkle with 80 ml maple syrup. Spray a small cream tuff on each scoop of ice cream. Sprinkle cream with remaining maple syrup, sprinkle with chocolate shavings
