Stir pudding powder and 4 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Bring the remaining milk and sugar to the boil. Stir in pudding powder, bring to the boil again and simmer for about 1 minute. Let the pudding cool down. Stir from time to time to avoid skin formation
Coarsely chop the walnuts and roast them in a pan without fat. Let cool and mix with honey
##Whip the cream until stiff and allow the vanilla sugar to trickle in. Fold a good half into the pudding. Cut ##bananas## into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice immediately. Layer the pudding, honey nuts and banana slices in glasses. Decorate with the rest of the cream and ##mint##.
