Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 200 g Blueberries (Blueberries) frozen or fresh
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 225 g Yoghurt 1,5 % fat
  • 2 TEASPOONS Vanilla sugar
  • 2 TEASPOONS sugar (if required also 1/2 teaspoon sweetener)
  • 100 ml Water

Directions

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients in a blender jug and blend with a hand blender or blender until there are no more pieces.

    Serve cold.

    I had the blueberries from the freezer, so I did not need extra ice cubes.
