Baked potatoes with vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 Courgette
  • 1 Paprika
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Paprika powder
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil

Directions

    Preheat the oven. Wash the potatoes and cut them into slices or corners. Put them in a bowl. Cut the vegetables also in corners and put them in another bowl.

    Put the oil in a bowl and mix tomato paste, garlic and spices.

    Mix 2/3 of the paste with the potatoes. 1/3 with the vegetables.

    Spread the potatoes on the baking tray (covered with baking paper) and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Then fold in the vegetables and bake for another 40 minutes. Turn if necessary.
