Baked feta cheese with tzatziki

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 250 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 5-7 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 Lettuce
  • 10-12 black olives
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 discs (100 g each) Feta cheese
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs

Directions

    Peel onions and garlic. Chop both finely. Wash cucumber and peel if necessary. Mix quark, yoghurt, milk and half onions. Grate the cucumber directly into the quark and stir in. Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Whip lemon juice, 2-3 tablespoons of water, rest onion cubes, salt, pepper, some sugar and 1 tablespoon of oil. Clean, wash and quarter the tomatoes. Clean, wash and drain the lettuce. Pluck lettuce into pieces. Add both to the marinade with the olives

    Whisk the egg, season. Turn the cheese first in the egg, then in breadcrumbs. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the cheese on both sides until golden brown. Serve everything. Goes well with flatbread
