Baked cheese sticks with leaf salad

  • 1 small head of oak leaf salad (approx. 150 g)
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) small head Lollo bianco
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) Sweet pepper
  • 175 g Mushrooms
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 3-4 Tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 1/2 TEASPOON среднежаркая зернистая гд`4a?.4a?,
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Nut oil
  • 300 g medieval Gouda cheese (in the piece)
  • 1 Egg
  • 75 g Flour
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 kg white vegetable fat for frying
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers

    Clean and wash the salad, pluck into bite-sized pieces and drain. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Wash, clean and slice the mushrooms. Mix vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Whip oil into it. Cut cheese into sticks about 6 cm long and 11/2 cm wide.

    Whisk the egg. Turn the cheese sticks first in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot fat in portions for 1-2 minutes. Drain on kitchen paper and arrange on plates together with the salad. Sprinkle the sweet paprika over the cheese and spread vinaigrette over the salad. Serve immediately
