Wash the potatoes. Boil in salted water and cook for 15 minutes. In the meantime, wash the asparagus and cut off the woody ends. Cook asparagus in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes. Clean, wash and quarter radishes. Sort and wash the sprouts. Drain potatoes, rinse with cold water and peel.
Stir mayonnaise, crème fraîche, orange juice and mustard until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Cut potatoes in half. Cut salmon into cubes. Cut asparagus spears into thirds. Mix potatoes, asparagus, radishes and salmon with the sauce. Arrange in small bowls and garnish with sprouts
