Asian fried noodles with prawns

Ingredients

  • 10 g dried Mu Err mushrooms
  • 1 red, green and yellow peppers
  • 250 g Prawns
  • 200 g Japanese wheat flour noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 stalks asian chives
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Chilli Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Soybean oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon juice
  • 3 TABLESPOONS sweet-sour Asian sauce
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Asian chives

Directions

    Scald mushrooms with boiling water. Let stand for 20 minutes. Wash carefully. In the meantime clean, wash and cut the peppers into rhombs. Peel prawns, except for the tip of the tail, and remove the intestines.

    Wash the prawns and pat them dry. Cook the noodles in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, drain. Cut chives into fine strips. Heat the oils. Brown the prawns all around. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add paprika, mushrooms and noodles and fry for 5-8 minutes. Season with salt and chives. Stir in the Asian sauce.
