Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g Broccoli
  • 200 g Chuka Soba Noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Carrots (about 100 g each)
  • 1 (approx. 5 g) walnut-sized piece of ginger
  • 1 (approx. 5 g) small, red chili pepper
  • 10 Stem(s) Coriander
  • 150 g Shiitake mushrooms
  • 400 g Pork tenderloin
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 150 ml Sweet chili sauce for chicken
  • 2 TABLESPOONS dark soy sauce

Directions

    Wash the broccoli and divide into small florets. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Peel and wash the carrots, cut them in half lengthwise and slice them. Peel ginger and cut into slices. Wash chilli pepper, dab dry, remove stalk. Cut the pod into slices, remove the seeds. Wash coriander, dab dry and remove coarse stalks.

    Clean mushrooms, cut large mushrooms in half. Wash flesh, dab dry and cut into strips. Heat oil in a large pan. Season meat with salt and pepper and fry in the pan for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Add the rest of the prepared ingredients. Continue frying over a high heat for approx. 7 minutes, tossing and turning. Add the chilli and soy sauce, stir-fry through, season with salt and pepper and arrange in preheated bowls
