Cook the beans in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Drain and let drain. Clean the shiitake mushrooms and remove the stalk. Roast peanuts in a pan without fat until golden brown, remove.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the shiitake mushrooms and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with broth and sweet-sour sauce. Add rice and beans to the pan and fold in.
Simmer for 5 minutes. Fold in the peanuts. Core the chilli pepper and cut into fine rings. Garnish fried rice with chili.
